Guiding Women Into Transformation, One Story at a Time
Tanya M. Thompson is a speaker, coach, and facilitator who helps individuals navigate transformation by uncovering and rewriting the inner narratives that shape their lives. With decades of experience in public service, education, and leadership, she has guided countless people through deep healing, empowerment, and purposeful growth.
Her work blends heart-centered coaching, narrative reframing, and experiential learning—supporting women as they break old patterns, reclaim their voice, and step into the fullness of who they’re becoming.
Tanya is the founder of The Reading Room Book Club and the creator of The Storyboard Method®, a narrative-based coaching framework that helps women heal, reframe limiting beliefs, and design lives aligned with purpose and integrity.
Through workshops, retreats, empowerment experiences, and coaching programs, she creates transformative spaces where women can reconnect with themselves and rise with intention.
Her vision remains rooted in one core belief: every woman carries a powerful story — and the ability to rewrite it.
Tanya holds a B.S. in Criminal Justice with a minor in English, and an M.P.A. in Organizational Change and Counseling.
She is also a certified John Maxwell coach, speaker, and trainer, bringing together emotional depth and leadership expertise.
Her professional journey — from public service to education to leadership development — has strengthened her commitment to guiding individuals through transformative, story-centered work.
When she isn’t writing or coaching, Tanya enjoys yoga, restorative practices, and spending time with family and community—the places where she feels most grounded and inspired.
Tanya’s work creates space for awareness, clarity, and alignment — guiding you toward a story that honors your growth and your truth.
